We are excited to introduce three new members who have joined our team to strengthen our support and services. Each brings unique skills and experience that will help us better serve our community. In this post, you will get to know our new Case Manager, Volunteer Coordinator/Admin, and Social Worker. We will share their roles, backgrounds, and how they will contribute to our mission.

Introducing Our Case Manager
Our new Case Manager plays a vital role in connecting individuals with the resources they need. This position focuses on assessing client needs, developing personalized plans, and coordinating services to ensure positive outcomes.
Meet Natalie Wagner, Our Case Manager
Natalie Wagner holds both a Bachelor of Social Work and a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Louisville's Raymond A. Kent School of Social Work. She has spent over a decade advocating and providing case management support to marginalized populations often affected by mental health and substance use disorders. In the last 5 years she has dedicated herself to understanding the cycle of incarceration and the recovery dynamics of substance use treatment. Natalie has a passion for encouraging and empowering individuals to take steps toward positive change and self-sufficiency. She too believes “Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending”- Maria Robinson

Meet Our Volunteer Coordinator and Admin
Volunteers are the backbone of many community programs. Our Volunteer Coordinator/Admin manages volunteers our volunteer projects and scheduling, while also handling essential administrative tasks.

Social workers provide critical emotional and practical support to individuals facing challenges. Our new Social Worker will focus on case management with our clients and home study services.
Introducing Briana Gosnell, Our Social Worker
Briana Kellum Gosnell holds a bachelor's of science in social work and a master's in social work from Spalding University in Louisville, KY. She has over a decade of experience in case management and social work. Assisting individuals and families with mental health and substance use issues, along with finding their path to self- sufficiency. Her passion is to continue to help single parents and teen parents find their roles in society to be successful for themselves and children.
