In every community, there are individuals and families facing complex challenges (often multiple risks at once) that can make it difficult to access the help they need. Too often, these individuals fall through the cracks of traditional systems.
That’s where the Louisville Situation Table (LST) steps in.

What is the Louisville Situation Table?
The Louisville Situation Table is a collaborative, multi-agency effort designed to support individuals experiencing the highest levels of acute elevated risk in our community.
Rather than working in silos, the Table brings together professionals from a wide range of sectors (mental health, law enforcement, housing, substance use services, and more) to respond quickly and effectively.
Through this coordinated approach, the LST:
Identifies individuals facing urgent, complex risks
Connects them to the right services and supports
Reduces immediate risk to safer, more manageable levels
Creates pathways for ongoing care and long-term stability
At its core, the LST is about action, collaboration, and connection.
How Does It Work?
The Table provides a space for community partners to bring forward real, current situations where someone is at significant risk.
When a situation is presented:
Partners collaborate in real time
Resources are identified and mobilized
Connections are made quickly, often within days
This model ensures that individuals don’t have to navigate systems alone. Instead, the system comes together for them.
When and Where Does the LST Meet?
The Louisville Situation Table meets:
📍 Location: 1710 South Fifth Street, Louisville
When: Second Wednesday of each month
Time: 10:30 a.m.
Please note: Meeting times may change. If you are interested in presenting a situation, we encourage you to reach out in advance.
Who Should Get Involved?
If you are a service provider, community partner, or professional working with individuals who may be at elevated risk, the LST is a valuable resource for you.
You are encouraged to:
Present situations where additional support is needed
Collaborate with other agencies
Help connect individuals to life-changing resources

The strength of the Louisville Situation Table lies in its collaboration. When agencies come together, we expand what’s possible.
Together, we have the options, opportunities, and resources to:
Intervene earlier
Reduce risk
Support stability
Change lives
If you know someone who could benefit from this level of support, or if you are in a position to help, we invite you to join us.
Because no one should fall through the cracks when a community is ready to stand together.
