Operation Open Arms, Inc. is seeking dedicated and committed people to provide a loving, caring and stable environment for children whose mothers are incarcerated. The criteria to become an Operation Open Arms, Inc. family is: to be at least 21 years of age, single, married (for two years), widowed, divorced, financially stable, mentally and emotionally healthy, complete a criminal records check, intensive home evaluation, complete 30 hours pre-service training and 6 hours annually and agree to sign a contract with the agency.
